Flash Images Tenure track staff research positions available at the Koret School of Veterinary Medicine of the Hebrew University of JerusalemThe Koret School of Veterinary Medicine, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel seeks entry-level basic scientists as well as candidates with established records of excellence in the fields of veterinary public health and food hygiene, food microbiology, veterinary microbiology, virology, immunology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, farm animal medical sciences, veterinary pathology, veterinary pharmacology, and any other basic sciences associated with veterinary medicine, with interest and potential to develop competitive and highly productive programs in their fields at the Hebrew University. Successful candidates will have the opportunities to collaborate with other faculty teams sharing synergistic interests in programs significant to veterinary medicine, animal sciences and biomedical research. Professorial rank, tenure status, laboratory and/or clinical start-up support, teaching/research responsibilities, and personal compensation will be commensurate with level of career accomplishments according to procedures established at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Successful candidates are expected to develop and lead an independent research program, successfully compete for national and international grants, and contribute to student teaching at the school.
